CDIG1000 series construction elevator frequency inverter is a new generation of construction elevator electrical integration products developed by DELIXI company, which can directly replace the construction elevator "electrical logic control + frequency inverter" program. The product integrates electrical logic control, frequency conversion control, braking unit, overload protection, and brake power supply to realize the control and protection functions of the elevator electrical control cabinet.

     Technical characteristics

      1. Customized protection design, small size, can be installed through the wall, can save the installation space to the greatest extent.

      2. Frequency conversion drive, energy consumption braking unit, DC braking power supply, and timing logic control of elevator holding brake are integrated.

      3. Intelligent, multi-state display, providing various instructions of limit, fault, early warning, overload and others.

      4.24V control signal is connected through aviation socket and pluggable terminal, safe and reliable, and convenient wiring.

      5. Adopting advanced vector control algorithm has the characteristics of large low-frequency torque, small inrush current, stable start and stop, etc.

      6. Overweight limit display is integrated into one to reduce costs for customers.

      7. The redundant design of the double-brake brake logic control circuit can prevent the contactor contacts from sticking or being stuck due to mechanical reasons and cannot be separated. It can still ensure the safety and stability of the construction elevator.

      8. With zero-speed torque retention function, it does not rely on the action of the brake for support when crossing zero in forward and reverse directions.

      9. With brake coil short circuit protection.

      10. The controller is multifunctional and programmable. It can expand voice broadcast, floor call, leveling and other functions, and reserve GPS / GPRS interface.
